The SCIO aims to support all aspects of the educational needs of vulnerable young people in Zambia by: working towards gender equality in accordance with the UN Sustainable Development Goals; enabling entrepreneurship in vulnerable communities in Zambia; supporting vocational studies in vulnerable communities in Zambia; promoting global citizenship and awareness of international issues among the communities of Scotland and Zambia; and promoting and encouraging shared expression of traditional cultures of Scotland and Zambia.
