The Lade Centre

Service Details

The Lade Centre offers space for a variety of community activities. This includes ukulele fun strum, boxercise, bridge club, chair yoga, a writers group, board games and gentle exercise. The centre is also used once a month by Stepping Stones. There is also a range of different therapies for you to enjoy including massage, reflexology, aromatherapy. Call for more information. The Listening Service is a highly confidential, accessible counselling service delivered by qualified and fully registered professional practitioners Counselling is available to all adults over the age of 18 years who live on Bute. The cost is supported by The Lade Centre and through grants from other organisations. A counselling session can take place by phone, via zoom and in-person at the Lade Centre.
