Cowal Music Club was established in 1944 and to this day continues its aim of promoting live music on the peninsula. Led by committee (including three charity trustees) the club selects an annual season of music for performance in Dunoon. Currently most of the concerts are held at Dunoon Burgh Hall but please check the website / Facebook page for up to date information, ticket prices and an opportunity to purchase a season ticket. Music styles vary and include jazz (traditional as well as modern), classical, chamber music and Scottish / Gaelic.
