Lochgilphead Baptist Church, as a church congregation, has been meeting for just over 200 years, The church is located in the centre of town and serves the community of Lochgilphead and surrounding communities found in villages close by. It is a busy thriving church that is about ordinary people, people of different ages, different backgrounds and different cultures who have discovered a new life through Jesus Christ and who want to continue their journey of faith together. Sunday morning worship service is the main meeting of the week and it combines a blended time of worship, preaching from the word of God, kids' church and warm fellowship afterwards.
