Heads Up Mid Argyll is a peer support group providing support and recovery for residents of Mid Argyll who have suffered or are suffering from mental health issues, addictions or social isolation. It encourages people to take up pursuits or strategies that will be beneficial to their health and wellbeing and meets weekly on Thursday afternoons.
